Rewilding the woman with a business

rewilding.jpg

Are you doing well in business but secretly wonder "is there something else I could be doing?"

Do you plug along with your marketing and daily work routines, but know you're not really "all in" anymore?

Does your work and home life look good, but feels like it's drifting into no-man's land?

Do you even want to be a business owner anymore?

And do you miss the early days of passion and fire running through your veins when you were getting your business off the ground. You don't exactly want to return to start up days (and start up pay!) but you sure miss that feeling of aliveness.

As a natural problem solver, I bet you've tried to address this by...

... hiring another business consultant or joining a mastermind, or just keeping busy with work

... trying to fix it with "I should probably do this" business strategies (AKA what everyone else is doing)

... ignoring it and finding yourself over indulging in activities that are prematurely aging you as a way to cope

However well intentioned, it's really unsatisfying isn't? (I've been there!)

So, how'd you get here?

Listen if you've been running your own show for over a decade or more, it's natural to get bored and want to do new things.

With every passing 5-10 years, you become more experienced, wiser and better at what you do. This will naturally change you.

That said, it's also normal to be terrified of changing anything, after all the hard work you put in to get THIS version of your business thriving.

So when you look around for solutions, all you see is more business, marketing and sales offers to "take you to the next level."

But dang! You don't even know if you want the next level! Or any level at all!

Maybe you looked for a life coach or a therapist to get into this with you.

But if you're anything like me, you find they just don't get IT.

They don't get your entrepreneurial lifestyle and spirit (we are a different breed!).

They're intimidated by you, and can't seem to meet you where you're at.

They can't switch between life and business talk that is normal for you.

And your friends and family, as much as you love them, don't quite get it either.

So it feels like there's nowhere to turn too.

Listen, this is totally normal...

There's a saying by one of the founding fathers of personal performance coaching, the great Tony Robbins...

There are three kinds of business owners: The CEO, The Manager and The Artist. And it's really important to know which one you are."

If you're more Artist at heart, this inner resistance in your work life is going to happen pretty regularly for you.

That's good news and bad news.

Good news if you know how to move through it.

Bad news if you tend to resist and drift in response to this challenge.

Resist the drift!

That inner resistance and reluctance you feel in your work is not a problem but a calling.

Life (and especially your work, where you spend most of our waking hours) is SUPPOSED to change you.

When you don't allow this calling to wake you up, you start to drift in your career.

And not just your career - your personal life too.

You must resist the drift.

You must receive the call or I hate to break it to ya, the call will only get louder and messier.

It's time to rewild yourself.

Stay in your head, you’re dead. - Tony Robbins

Answer the freakin' call.

You want abnormal results in life, right?

Yeah, me too. I'm not for "business as usual."

To live like no one else, you must live like no one else and do some abnormal things (at least to others).

Like what, you ask?

No need to take a pilgrimage to an Ashram in India.

No need to sell all your belongings and move to a beach town.

No need to quit the business and find a less demanding gig working for someone else.

You just need to:

1) Get out of your head and start listening to this inner calling

2) Come to terms that more DOING - IE marketing, sales and business strategies will not solve this

3) Recognize you have a choice: wake up or continue resisting and drifting

4) Do something about it by investing in coaching and mentoring that will see you through this and can handle all of YOU (the business, the life, and more).

The Next Right Thing

I've been coaching for over 20 years guiding clients on starting up a new business and restructuring existing service businesses to become a better fit for their life.

My unique take is all about thinking big and building small.

Through this work, I noticed that more than half of my coaching was spent on mindset and doing business (and life!) differently.

I've faced down this same situation a few times myself.

In some cases I let it disastrously mess with my business.

In others, I let it reimagine my business to great success.

The latter is way more interesting. LOL!

I'd like to extend an invitation to you (or perhaps someone you know, if this isn't for you) to work with me privately as your mentor, guide and personal coach on "The Next Right Thing" for you.

Things we can discuss and focus on...

Melting your inner resistance and reluctance in your business and getting out of your head with a daily self coaching practice with me by your side

Allowing the unnecessary friction you're creating in business and life to speak and be heard without resorting to fixing it with more business strategies and more hustling

Discovering practical tools to restore your sense of feeling alive, awake and engaged in your body and brain with pleasurable, regenerative routines for people who lead

Exploring new organizational and operational resources that organizes your mind and creates space in your schedule to make room for what's coming

In-visioning and living in the unknown without freaking out, freezing up or furiously getting back to work and messing with your business

Managing the day-to-day of your business to be in service of your professional rewilding instead of being in servitude to your business

Unhooking yourself from patriarchal self-doubt, uncertainty and second guessing that's not really you but what's been handed down through the generations. You can be a woman in business without overly relying on your masculine, overthinking, overcomplicating and depleting your energy

The result: clarifying YOUR next right thing in business and life instead of trying to cover all this up with more "goals".

Besides, you already know how to do goals.

What you're truly ready for is rewilding your entrepreneurial spirit and reawakening your daring and creative nature.

Will you end up quitting the business? Will you change it up and let go of some things? Will you go back to working for others? Will you discover a new way of working that will free that inner resistance? Will you reignite your personal life and feel inspired to leave your business well enough alone?

Let's find out, shall we?

You in?

This is an all private, just you and me coaching engagement.

We'll do this via telephone and your choice of an in-person retreat in Saratoga Springs, NY (or Manchester, VT) or a virtual business retreat.

No curriculum, just straight up me sharing 20 years of personal and professional development expertise, in a highly personalized and customized way.

I've studied intensively with many of the top gurus in the fields of small business marketing, the rejuvenation of your mind, mood and memory, health, nondenominational spiritual practices, the womanly arts for conjuring what you want, emotional freedom and so much more.

And I've helped quite a few of my marketing clients navigate dark nights of the soul WHILE STAYING IN BUSINESS.

I'd love to guide you through your own rewilding and discovering the next right thing for you.

Fair warning, I only have a few spots in this level of coaching.

Mostly because, I have two other tiny, but mighty coaching programs that I run on creating a Happy Little Practice and giving talks to fill your service business that I love.

This rewilding for women with a business is for those who are doing well in their career, and can swing a high four-figure or low five figure investment in their business and life.
